The property on Cerbere is a village house directly behind the local school.
The house itself is well known in the village due to its picturesque appearance. It was the main residence of a Catalan couple and therefore has all that is needed. Unlike many in the surrounding area it was not built as a holiday home and so has a more genuine feel to it.
The house unlike many in Cerbere does not have a seaview. This does mean however that there is not a long hike up a hill to get home from the beach or the local restaurants.
The house consists of:-
A fitted kitchen with Fridge/Freezer

Coffee Machine
Toaster
5 ring gas hob
There is also a small granite table and 2 folding chairs in the kitchen for snacks or breakfast.
Hot water is provided by an electric water heater operated from the kitchen.
