SECURITY DEPOSIT
A fully refundable security deposit of 450 € per property is payable to S Syson together with the final balance. This is refundable by bank transfer after a property inspection at the end of your holidays.
The final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
N.B.:
All funds are to be received via bank-transfer (no cash, no cheques...). Received funds are normally non-refundable. You are therefore advised to take out an
appropriate travel insurance with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.

Thank you. Please send back this filled-in booking form by e-mail and also by post.This will allow us to keep a provisional reservation on the property for you for one week, during which you should arrange for 25% deposit to be paid. On receipt, we will send you a confirmation.
Once the deposit has been paid the apartment is reserved for you until 8 weeks before the start of your holidays when the remainder becomes due. Once this has been
received, we will again confirm this to you as a definitive reservation, together with directions and details for key handover. Failure to pay in full at this time could nullify your reservation (we will always send you a remainder before taking such action).
