Seaview apartmentThe house contains 3 apartments the ground floor occupied by the managers and the first floor containing 2 apartments of which Seaview is one. This differs from Beachview in that it has more interior space but smaller terraces. The house is on the first row of beach front houses.
The apartment consists of:- A fitted kitchen with Fridge/Freezer Combi Microwave Coffee Machine Toaster Electric Kettle 4 ring ceramic hob cooker hood washing machine dish-washer There is also a breakfast bar and two stools and a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen area. Hot water is provided centrally using solar power with a backup of both electricity or oil if necessary. Bedroom 1 towards the mountains consists of:- Twin beds Bedside table and lights Large antique mirror fronted wardrobe. A central heating radiator for the colder periods Glass French Door leading to the mountain side terrace the en-suite shower room has a Large enclosed shower cubicle Toilet Sink with mirror Electrical socket for the rasor or toothbrush Lounge consists of:- 3 Seater Sofa convertible to a double bed 2 red velvet armchairs Standard lamp 2 small tables Cupboard/wardrobe Flat Screen TV DVD player Radio/CD Glass French Doors onto the Seaside Terrace Bathroom There is a small additional bathroom with a toilet, sit in bath and washbasin leading from the hallway. Externally
Both apartments are accessed by an external stairway which leads to a interior hallway from which the apartments are accessed. Both apartments have outside furniture on all terraces incuding sun umberellas. Beachview has in addition sun loungers for the larger terrace.
